1. If you have not already done so please complete and send back your Jacks of London franchise application form to the head office address below or click here to complete it on-line

2. Preliminary telephone conversation with director

3. Meeting held with relevant directors to discuss the franchise set-up and financial structure

4. Deposit agreed and paid

5. Franchise agreement sent out for review by your professional advisors

6. Follow up meeting to be held with relevant directors

7. Business plan formalised and meeting with bank manager set-up

8. Site search and agree lease terms

9. Formation of your company

10. Instruct solicitors and design team

11. Prepare franchise documentation

12. Franchise agreement signed and final payment made

13. Proceed with detailed surveys and salon design plans

14. Meeting with all relevant departments for an update on progress (Recruitment, Marketing, PR etc)

15. Franchisee and relevant director to meet with bank manager to confirm funding and loan agreement

16. Completion
